How do I know if my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order, an order acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

Can I place an order from overseas?

Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).

Does 123packaging.co.uk deliver overseas?

Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses). Please see delivery information for more details.

How much do I need to order?

Some of our products are sold individually, but most of them are sold in pack quantities which enable us to offer you the best prices on these products. Each product has the quantity in its description. There is no minimum order value. However, if you order over £25 you will qualify for FREE delivery. Anything below £25, a £5 delivery charge will apply.

Can I get better prices for larger quantities?

Yes! If you regularly require larger quantities, you may be able to open an account with us. We can discuss the discounts available

How do we pay?

We accept the following credit and debit cards:

Your account will be debited once we have checked stocks and are ready to dispatch. Our acceptance of an order takes place on payment of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order. Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order.

Is 123packaging.co.uk secure?

Our website is protected under an Secure Server Layer (SSL) certificate. Buying online is proving to be more secure tha shopping in traditional stores or over the telephone. We have taken steps to ensure that the packaging store is secure for you. All payment transactions are carried out via Paypal Business which employ the highest staqndards of security.

We do this using industry standard technology. The padlock symbol, at the bottom of your browser window confirms this level of encryption. If you click on this, you will see our secure certificate, meaning that your data is visible only to us.

Can we buy custom made packaging?

No. At this time we cannot offer custom packaging. However, should we feel there is sufficient demand we will certainly look into it.

Can we open an account?

123Packaging was established to offer the most efficient service to small/medium users of packaging. We are a One Stop Shop for ALL your Packaging requirements.

How will we receive an invoice?

As we receive payment for goods prior to dispatch, we will attach the invoice to your goods. You will also receive an email confirmation once you have placed your order.

Can I return items?

If you order the wrong product or change your mind, return it to us within 14 days.
